If for its name alone, the Crumpler GIMP is worth writing about but we were more than impressed with how well made it was. Whoever said that size was important must have been talking about their laptop case, as the The Gimp is available in five sizes ranging from the ultraportable 12-inch up to the man-monster designed to constrain 17-inch laptops.
Not so much a laptop case, more a folio liner, The Gimp is made of extra-thick neoprene – so you its waterproof and semi-stain resistant. The zipper and protective seal should keep any extra moisture away from your laptop. Don’t leave this gimp locked in your cellar; make sure it sees the light of day.
