The 2.5-inch drives come in a maximum capacity of 120GB at a speed of 5400rpm, and 100GB at a speed of 7200rpm. This is good news for multimedia power users demanding more file storage and faster hard drive speeds from their laptops.

Momentus units are designed to be quiet, energy efficient and robust, to protect data when your computer is jostled on the go. Seagate touts the drive as also being suitable for CE devices, printers, copiers and servers.
