TechAir has been designing laptop cases for the last 10 years and has now added laptop security to its latest range of bags. With each bag will come a free subscription to the i-TRAK service, which provides a unique identification code for your bag and laptop.
This unique code means that any lost bag has an increased chance of finding its way back to its rightful owner. The service includes a personal i-TRAK customer account allowing the finder of the bag to register their discovery via an automated message service, Telex, E-mail or Web. It also includes a free message alert via SMS to the owner's mobile phone, letting them know the location of the bag.
The first range of bags to support I-Trak will be available in May.
