MSI has brought a unique twist to its Starcam 370i (£20 inc. VAT), with built-in infrared for low-light surveillance.

The design is quirky, reminiscent of a crimson extraterrestrial Cyclops, and incorporates useful features such as a built-in microphone, white LEDs to light up your surroundings, and a snapshot button. The included software lets you set up security zones to alert you by text message if there’s any surreptitious activity while you’re away.
