The new additions will run independently of the Aries brand

Less than a week after Digital Networks PLC went into administration, its brands - Carrera-SSC, Demonite and Order24-7 - have found a new owner. Mail order PC hardware reseller, Watford Electronics has purchased the intellectual property and will run the brands independently from the company’s main business.

With regards to outstanding warranty and orders, Shiraz Jessa, managing director of Watford Electronics said, “It’s our intention to honour all current outstanding orders with full warranties. With regards to existing Carrera and Demonite customers, we’re evaluating the warranty situation, but are confident we will be able to put together a package that’s acceptable to all parties. We’re sensitive as to the needs and concerns of these customers and will be contacting each and every one as soon as possible.”
