The Dell Precision M20 and M70 laptops are the latest addition to its mobile workstation range. They come equipped Intel’s next-generation mobile components, including Pentium M processors running at speeds up to 2.13GHz with a 533MHz front side bus and a 915PM chipset.

Designed to have the power of a desktop machine, the Precision M70 (£1,397 inc. VAT plus delivery) has a 15.4-inch widescreen display, runs the nVidia Quadro FX Go1400 graphics engine and weighs a reasonable 3kg. For mobile workers, the Precision M20 (£1,174 inc. VAT plus delivery) weighs 2.2kg. Both models support hard drives up to 80GB and a maximum memory capacity of 2GB DDR2 RAM.
