MV GETS SIRIUS 08/12/2004

MV has expanded its laptop portfolio with the introduction of a budget gaming machine. The MV Sirius (£899 inc. VAT) brings together desktop PC performance in a portable form factor.

Powered by an Intel Pentium 4 530 processor, which has running speed of 3GHz, the Sirius comes with 512MB DDR SDRAM and a 60GB hard drive running at 5400rpm.

An ATi Mobility Radeon 9700 graphics adapter that comes with 128MB of its own memory supports the 15-inch TFT panel. Shipping with Windows XP Home and fitted with 4x DVD rewriter, the MV Sirius can be used for work as well as gaming pursuits.
