Adding to its Satellite series, Toshiba has brought Intel dual-core performance to the range in the Satellite P100 and Satellite A100. Designed for high-performance gaming, the Satellite P100 packs a 17-inch Super-TFT screen, Harman Kardon speakers and nVidia GeForce Go 7600 graphics chip into a chassis that weighs 3.2kg.

Available in Intel Core Duo or Celeron models, depending on power needs, the Satellite A100 carries a smaller 15.4-inch Super-TFT screen and again uses Harman Kardon speakers to boost audio ability. DVI outputs on all models allow gamers to connect to external digital monitors for the best in high-performance graphics. High-speed network connectivity is also included for LAN party gaming bouts, and home networks. Available now, pricing starts at £1199 (inc. VAT) for the Satellite P100 and £999 (inc. VAT) for the dual-core Satellite A100.
